If budget wasn't an issue, which service/ combination of services would you choose to get the most information about your users and why?

If your hosting has Cpanel, just check Awstats in the Cpanel.
Also register for the free Google Analtyics. You have to have a Google account and then you just place a small amount of code on your website or if it is a Wordpress blog there is a Wordpress plugin for easy implementation.
