Or just buy them. Look it up on Google and you can buy followers on Instagram and others such as friends on Facebook.

This is so ridiculous. Instagram famous? Why? Where will that get you in life? If you don't have the skills to earn followers, then any amount of "fame" will be very short-lived. Besides, how will you be able to talk about your "fame" knowing that it's all a lie? You'll be a joke when it gets out that you bought followers just to be "famous".
If you don't want to put in the time and effort it takes to post good, interesting content, then I think you need a new hobby. You need an interesting Instagram so people will keep looking. You also need to use valid hastags and follow people who have similar interests to you.
BTW...you have no control over how many points Yahoo gives for a best answer.
