I want to put links on my video's to direct my youtube traffic to my blog on blogger. Can I do this without getting kicked out of the adsense program I am enrolled in?

That should be OK, particularly if it is helpful information being lined to, you can Not say in a video "come click my ads here"
Getting adsense on your youtube channel would probably be a more direct earning method.

Yes, you can direct YouTube traffic without Adsense getting banned.
