Yes if it's a private chat and you can see her, she can see you. Many cam models wont do anything unless they can see you to know who you are

Only if you set it to. Look on the screen for something that says enable cam or block cam.

Models can watch you during naked video chat only if you use Cam 2 Cam AKA 2 way cam, which basically mean you activate your own web camera. If you choose not to, they will not be able to see you.
