Amazon adverts refund? - Frank - 04-08-2014 07:33 PM

Should you receive the same as that which is in an advert?
Items with free items are advertised together.
The main items are received but not the free items.
The main items are okay.
Some people have responded to other questions regarding Amazon's adverts and have commented that the refund offer should be accepted.
If you respond to a refund offer you are going to spend your own money and time to get back the money which you have spent - you don't get any compensation for your time, electricity, petrol and other associated costs.
If you do respond to a refund then you have spent time, money, as well as associated costs twice.
What do you get in the end? You get back the money you have spent.

Why doesn't Amazon ensure that you receive that which is advertised?
Why don't they send the free items?
