my download is fast but my upload is slow like 6.87 mbps slow please help thanks

Well we can't really help with speeding up your uploading
Only you're internet provider can do anything about it

That is perfectly normal. Don't expect your up speed to be as fast as down.
On average most people have 1mbps or less up speed, so yours is quite good actually......
