Ok my wifi is pretty fast in the morning but at night it slowed down to 0.44 Mbps please tell me a way step by step setup to make it work please

THe best way is to call your internet supplier and ask to fix it.It's,probably,nothing to do with computer.

Get cable or FIOS. Test it with speedtest.net. I usually get about 20mbps down.

night more traffic, slow connection due to line congestion. Try upgrade your package or check with other provider see what they can offers.
