Siteadvisor was showing grey(usually green), so I reinstalled it and now it's not showing anywhere.

it's not a big problem. when firefox updates itself, it sometimes considers the previous version add-ons incompatible. when that happens, it disables them (turning them to grey) and all you can do is wait for an updated version of your add-on, whether it's a program or in your case the site advisor.
wait some days and in the next days an update from McAfee would fix that.
