What would cause me to keep getting a Internet Explorer window telling me that yahoo is not responding?

The cause is you using internet explorer

Try google chrome its faster. Are any other pages doing this or only yahoo. If its every website your internet connection may be gone. If so reset your router and/or modem

There is probably a video that is trying to use the godforsaken Adobe Flash Player. What a POS that is.
