I'm watching pretty little liars and I'm on season 4 but it seems that there arent any existing torrents for episodes after episode 16? And I don't want to stream online.

have you tried Googling "pretty little liars .torrent"

Problem is that many of those links are now blocked by court order on BT, TalkTalk sky etc.,
so they are there, you are just not allowed to access them
