How would one go about making one of the Valentine's Day parody cards for tumblr? I can't seem to find the right app or website to create something so simple. Any help?

i used a free online photo editor like fotoflex and uploaded a solid color then layered another picture- probably a face. then i clicked the "geek" tab and clicked the smart cutout. then upload the result onto another photo edit and type on it in comic sans
