is it ok to use two seo plugins? It will effect my website or not and in what way? - Ankit - 04-08-2014 07:38 PM

I'm a web developer and my website is [www.citytimez.com][1] I have made this website using wordpress and when i started working I was confused about the seo plugins. So i've installed two seo plugins together but i don't know whether it will give profit or not? Please give your reviews and suggestions for this.

They could conflict and slow things down too, some hosting companies forbid the use of the AllInOneSEO plugin because of the processor intensive brute force page rewrite method.

Some plugins are complimentary and won't clash, others are both trying to do the same thing like rewriting meta tags, you will not know how to control the tags if you don't know which plugin is setting them.

I would not use two plug ins. It may not be good for the website.
