There is plenty of places. I have my own web with http://webnode.com and I am pretty satisfied, so I can recommend you to try.
Other system I have experience with:
Wordpress - really universal but not so user friendly
Wix - cool fr designers and artist, but more efects than efficiency
Blogger - Google shit. I dont like Google. But it is probably good for blogers.
