What is a website in which i can sign up and basically a blog/diary. It would be good if i could follow other peoples and they could follow mine?

The two main ones are:
Blogger: http://www.blogger.com/
Wordpress: http://wordpress.com/
I did have Blogger/Blogspot but I didn't really like the interface so I now use Wordpress - it's got a much cleaner look at I think it's more user friendly, but that's a matter of opinion. I prefer Wordpress over Blogger xD
