You know the address to 192. ect ist here a way to only get it to access to me? i'm the only one paying for it and i don't anybody to mooch off me i set up a wifi password but i also want to make sure nobody has access to the 192. ect homenetwork how do i do this?

Make a list of the MAC addresses of each of your devices you wish to allow access (phone, computer, tablet, etc.,) and then create a MAC address filter list in the router, specifying only those addresses as being authorized to connect to the router.

If you couple this with WPA2 encryption, it should be more than just difficult to try to hack it.

Looking back on this question, I have to wonder if you are after the Homegroup? Open control panel and then the Home Group icon. Set your desired password.
