Ebay: International Site Visibility? - Yes, Truth is Absolute - 04-08-2014 07:38 PM

Hey there. Ebay has this button to click when listing, that asks if we want International Site Visibility, for 0.50 per listing.

I'm wondering, will I still get visibility without it? As in, when I've searched for stuff in the past, there will be "my countries" results, and then below sellers from other countries with items.

Does this option simply put your listing as if it is not out of country, or will you not show up even at the bottom of the search out of country.

Thanks!

"The international site visibility feature allows qualifying listings created on eBay.com to be posted on international sites (such as the UK site). Buyers on these sites will see the listings exactly as you originally post them on the US site.

When you create a qualified listing, the international site visibility feature is offered on the Review your listing page of the Sell Your Item form. If you select this feature by checking the International site visibility box, your listing will appear in the search results on selected international sites, along with domestic listings, increasing your exposure to international buyers."

Seems yet-another-way to sell to international buyers.
