I have to communicate with multiple people at one time and I am looking for a quick and efficient method of how to do so. I have looked into google sites as one of my methods and email blasts become too cluttered and misguided. I want a way where i can send an email to a group of individuals and they will be able to log on and type their questions and or responses on one page or site. If anyone has any other ideas they would be willing to share I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Also video conferencing is not an option for us.

GroupMe is really useful. Works on just about any mobile device and also can work over SMS and browser.

May be you need to try some team management tools that make it possible for you to send message to a lot of people and you are able to set up a discussion with them. Have a look at Comindware team work tool (http://www.comindware.com/team-network/).
