What are you a ask? Do you want to improve your website ranking? If so.. Choose you meta tags in a way, so that they matches properly with your sites content. You can do offpage SEO as well. Try forum posting and blog commenting. This will increase the rand. Your articles must be SEO optimized.

These days main thing in seo is content. If you have to do seo for a non English site you have to manage the content from client side. You need content for Articles, Blogs, Press Release and Guest Posting.
Lets take example, suppose you are doing seo of a french(language) website, you have to collect the resource in the french language.
You can find the resources easily from Google or any search engine.
