My front facing video recording camera on both vine and instagram are not working! I was told that 4.4.2 kitkat software makes it work?? I need my front facing instagram/vine camera.

I do believe the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a phone (or maybe a tablet??), not a camera, right?
