How about your local newspaper?? And I suspect they have an online version.

What is a job "finder"? exactduke mentioned a few good site if that what you want ... or you could use an app "finder" ... CLMonitor is a really good one ... set up a few settings and it will notify your phone of any new jobs are anything else for that matter ... very cool ... easy to use ...
