How can I get people to join this forum?

I own this website but unfortunately I know nothing about headphones so I can't really post on it without sounding like an idiot lol (I looked on similar headphone/sound forums and the stuff they were talking was way too technical and over my head). What other ways can I use to get people to join my forum without spending lots of money?
