I want a free website builder where you can add your own custom HTML because I'm pretty good at CSS & HTML. I don't care about a domain name also. Thanks!!

I think Google's blogging platform, http://www.blogger.com, allows you to customize its look using html. It's used for blogging mainly but you can set it up like a website too.

I build all of my sites with Wordpress. It's so easy to use, and you really don't need to know any code whatsoever. There's a very tiny learning curve, but just playi around with it for an hour or so and you'll be a pro at it. It's also FREE which is awesome! You can get it at http://www.wordpressdomination.com/megabundle2 , if you signup for their email list they're always sending out tons of free information, themes, and plugins for Wordpress. Good luck!
