What is the legality of downloading an adult video from a tube site like Pornhub? Say for example Pornhub has a Brazzers video online and you download it, who is liable you, or the site? And how about videos of a site that has gone out of business? And exactly how are these sites allowed to operate then anyway are people supposed to police themselves on sites?

do not know about rules but can tell you that i use http://getbrazzers.com/ for a long time and had no problems with it
