i have BSNL WIMAX wireless broadband connection... 750 per month.... an speed should b 512 kbps...
but it is giving only 30 to 70kbps........ sumtimes even bad.... what to do?? where to complaint? many times i called the customer care..but they dont solve my problem.......

Go onto their website and find a number for Head Office, or call Customer Services and ask to speak to someone higher up. If this doesn't work then write to them, write a letter of complaint - this be in writing so it will prove that you have asked them to solve your problem. Threaten to move services as they do not want to lose customers so hopefully that'll make them see you are serious.

hey bro. I am using BSNL Wimax too. The speed you are getting is 512Kbs. It's 512 Kilo bits, not Kilo Bytes. 512 Kilo bits = 64 Kilo bytes. There's a difference. Bits and Bytes.
