at the top of your page where you see the icon friends, click it. then scroll down on the left hand side and you see another icon that says pages. click it. the when you see the page you dont want; there'll be an X next to it and then you will have deleted it!

Go to the page you want to un fan. There should be description boxes on the left side of the page. When those end, below the last box there should be a Remove Me From Fans link.
