It seems you can type in any phone number and it'll look up the owner's name, address, as well as offer a background check if you're willing to pay extra. I don't think a background check is legal without that person's permission.. like when they do it for a job.
Has anyone used this website? Is the information it gives accurate?

The website opened 3 weeks ago. Too new to have any customer reviews online. They hide their location and their ownership on the registration page. That is never a good sign.
You need someone's permission to run a credit check. Not to do an online check of their criminal history or civil judgements against them. Those are public record.

I've tried the website and it doesn't work as far as I know. I tried my phone number and it gave me a completely different address and state.
