it seems I've been banned from omegle. Does anybody know how long this lasts? also it said my network is banned. I'm not very tech savvy, but I share an internet router with a handful of other people in my house. It's all wireless, but security key protected. As far as I can tell we're not connected in any other way. apparently you can see people's computers when you look at it from the admin account with our internet provider. Do you think my ban will affect my housemates?

If you all use the same router, then you all share the same IP address. And that's what sites like Omegle use when banning people. So yeah, all banned.

Look on the bright side, you wont be seeing naked 90 year old guys asking girls their asl for a ban typically lasts 24 hours. It is an IP BAN. Turn off your router, clear your cookies and unban yourself
