I bought a jacket from some seller at ebay, (I paid with a bank debit card) apparently the user sent me a message through ebay stating that he ran out of stock for that item and told me he was willing to give me a full refund , this is the transaction after he gaved me a refund. Will my money be added back in my debit card?
