before 2-3 weeks i had my utorrent download speed 1 mb/s and upload speed around 25 kb/s and now the download speed decreased to 382 kb/s its annoying man so anyone help me to increase it again.
I m using windows 7 32 bit.

The version has nothing to do with your download speed. It's the amount of seeds that are available to "seed" you the fragments of the files you are receiving to obtain a 100% download. Internet speed is a factor but that is beside the fact. Also utorrent is automatically update (for free).

I would always update to the latest version. I dislike using betas though.
