It's the only one with enough traffic to reliably sell things on. This sucks because I hate ebay and their terrible customer service and insane fees.

Their are others, but ebay is the most trusted, others can be scams etc.

I think theres something called quibids or something like that. I saw it on TV...:/ hope this helps a bit.

No of course not. There are many specialized auction sites for all kinds of items including antiques, baseball cards, comics. There are also live auction sites. Ebay used to offer bidding at live physical auctions.
