I can just add that it's some tiny hole in the wall 'dealer' that's renting store space from an eCommerce site, since they don't own their own site name or provide any information on the Contact Us page, it's really not possible to get any documentation on them. Anyone can run a store on that host for $24.95/month.

Such a small time operator is probably not an authorized dealer and may well be selling gray market, used or counterfeit items.

Stick with established suppliers who provide phone#s and a business address in the Contact Us page.

Although the ecommerce host, mybigcommerce.com has been around for about 5 years, I would still feel safer buying from such an operator if it was on Amazon.com
