When I click the notification that says that I have been nominated as admin, it just brings me to the page where I can't post anything as the page itself, but only as my account.

Have you become a member, or "liked" the page? Be sure to do that first. And also have the original admin send you the request again. If it still doesn't work, report it as a bug.
