One complaint a week ago
"The company offered a home value report taken from public records for only a $1. The report was supposed to be emailed to me within minutes , but hours later I never received it. My credit card was charged just $0.99 in two transactions of $0.50 and $0.49 in another name---not much, but I placed a temporary block on my credit card because it seemed very suspicious, and I am concerned about fraud and identity theft. "
It's a hole in the wall site there are bigger more established sites, I think zillow.com is the one that had Google Maps like satellite photos of lots.
