try freelancegrid com and get an expert to help you with this...request them to submit some quotes...and again, this is something very complex as you know.. and my recommended website developer / designed is F41 who did my website like this. It is just for your information and i guess this will work for you too.

You have not mentioned the web site application, to build a site without any programming you can use the popular industry standard Wordpress blog engine for which many hosts provide easy installers, there are a number of free style themes and add-on plugins that let you shape the site to suite you, some 17% of the top 1 million sites on the internet use Wordpress. The way blogs build the pages on the fly each time they are visited, there is more processor load and often slower access time than simpler static sites.

Typically you would have to learn to use an FTP program to upload the components of a conventional site site, use perhaps a visual html editor to customize a predesigned template in order to minimize programming, many hoststhave libraries of site templates to make it easy.

There is also the help section of your host as well as webmaster forums that may help you get going.

Hi Emerald,

Glad you are starting a website! You can simply download a content management system (CMS) to help you edit and manage your website. A good CMS would be Wordpress and I recommend it. It is user friendly and no HTML skills are required.

Check out this article on how to create a website and hopefullly it will help you get started:

Most modern web hosts include a free point & click online site builder, so you can create your website without any programming (easy, just by drag and drop) or you can install Wordpress (they include an easy, one click install of Wordpress from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.

The web host you bought hosting from probably has a guide on how to use their control panel.
