When I search her in FB, she does not show up. However, I still see her photo and name only on "likes" she made on my page in the past. Her Profile photo changed recently, and I can see the new photo. Don't know what's going on. Help anyone?

She may have blocked you, or deactivated her account. It's also possible that FB shut her account down.

You might have accidentally blocked posts by her except for pictures and likes. Check your settings.
