Depends on where you live.
Search on the net for good service providers. We're 3 power users so my plan is as follows:
25mbs download and 15 mbs upload
300 gb per month.
If you're one user, 5mb download and 1 mb/upload would be very basic considering you don't upload videos to youtube regularly for example.
