Hi, i need a website builder that i can upload via FTP but be able to edit it online does anyone know of any software that would be suitable ?

Yes, a good one is ultimatewb. You upload the software files via ftp, and can edit online using your website admin panel. You can have the software do the coding for you, and you can also add/edit your own coding.
