listen, I wouldn't believe in any of that slimming stuff, save your money, exercise, eat the proper portions of meals, eat healthier and you are guaranteed to lose weight!

Overpriced rubbish! Sort out a good healthy diet with plenty of exercise and eat a lot less.

ALL slimming products offer the same thing
Use out product AND stick to a calorie controlled diet and you will lose weight
The important bit is the bit about sticking to a calorie controlled diet, NOT the product.
The REALLY important thing is NEVER to diet
Cos diets ALWAYS come to an end, and after they end unless you continue to eat heathly you will just gain the weight again
The thing to grasp is that you MUST be happy with whatever food and portions cause you to lose weight cos, THIS is how you will eat for the rest of your life.
