The company I work for is looking to get some 301 redirects for our website. The site is being updated and most of the previous links will no longer be working. Anyone know any good companies I could try to get this done. Thanks.

Hi Joe,
You don't need any company's help to get 301 redirect set up on your site. If your company manages the site yourself, in the Content Management System (CMS), depending on what you using, you should be able to 301 redirect the pages yourself.
If you are working with another agency to host/create/manage your site, you can reach out to that agency to do it. You should be able to do everything through the CMS.
Side Note - If you are using Wordpress as CMS as a lot of people are using, you can download a redirect plugin to redirect your pages or if you are already using a SEO plugin, that should do the job too.

Your webmaster should be able to setup redirects, ideally each of the old URLs would be redirected to the best replacement page to route link juice to that new page.
Sometimes this involves continuing to keep an old domain name just to have access to the old link destinations.
