all the info you need to set up an account and methods of payment are on the ebay site
most sellers accept, and prefer paypal

Very few sellers on eBay accept credit cards. You'll need to use your credit card (any non-prepaid Visa or Mastercard will work) to set up a paypal account and pay via paypal. Creating a paypal account is free

PayPal is the preffered method
