Double click on its icon.
If icon is not appear then click on Start button, here Internet Explorer button appears click on this icon.

FIRST you go to start menu and click it
then you can see a box to search programs and files
write on the box ''internet explorer''
then you can see a icon for internet explorer
Double click it .....

in the start menu type "internet explorer" and click it.
