what are those so-called "ads"? looks like you watch too many zombie movies. if a zombie scratches you, you will be infected. i don't think it's the case with any viruses/diseases

If they spit in it you wouldn't get it anyways because its not carried in saliva so unless there blood got onto your cut thay was bleeding no you shouldn't get it but go to the doctors and get tested to be safe.

AIDS spreads through direct contact with the infected body fluid. Scratching cannot spread it, unless both parties are bleeding and the infected blood enters the system of the uninfected person.
Saliva, urine, vomit, and snot don't contain enough of the virus to infect someone, unless it has blood mixed in it. Unprotected sex, dirty needles, blood/transfusions, and pregnancy/ childbirth/ breastfeeding are some ways you can contract AIDS.
