Tickets on stubhub mobile app but not website? - Anna - 04-08-2014 07:57 PM

I am on the stubhub mobile app and found really great priced tickets an event, but when I went online to look for the same tickets, they are not there. I have refreshed both the website and the app multiple times, and its been 2 days, but the tickets on the mobile app are still not on the website... are these tickets safe to buy? They are a good price and the other ones (the ones that actually show up on the webiste) are too expensive for me to buy. Are they safe? What could be causing this?

Hi Anna,

We're aware that, at times, there is a lag between our full site and the mobile app, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In this case, it appears there may be a severe lag that we would like to address as soon as possible. At your earliest convenience, please email your StubHub email address, the mobile app type (iOS, Android, etc.) and the exact name/date of the event to which you're referring to: yourfeedbackmatters@stubhub.com.

Thank you for your cooperation, Anna, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Best,

I am not sure what you are saying. Only thing I can say that ticket booking using mobile app is safe if you know how to use it. Just install a reputed mobile event app and book tickets for your favorite shows and get information about all venues without any hassle.
