I would say by far from my experience is Maximizer CRM. Here's a free trial page for them:

JobNimbus offers a 14-day free trial of their Pro version, which then converts to their free Basic version that you can continue to use (you lose some features, but you don't lose any data or core functionality).
If you're looking for something that will truly be easy to use (don't listen to all the marketing jibber jabber from the other CRM software, this one is actually easy), I definitely recommend you check them out.
