It used to.
I guess everyone feels that way.
In my opinion, it's because you look pics of others having fun, having some food or, I dunno, holding hands with their loved ones. And immediately, you begin to perceive their lives as fun and awesome and very eventful.
But in fact, their's is not the ideal sort of life.
Posts create a facade.
Those who look at your profile may believe your life is amazeballs and mayn't know you're depressed looking at other's profiles. Lol.
In the past one and a half years, I have had good exposure which taught me no one leads an extraordinary life and they have their ups and downs, but Facebook blunts all of that. Since then, I have stopped believing some girl who posted a pic of her friends at a park leads a better life than mine.
IT'S JUST A BLOODY FACADE PEOPLE AND FACEBOOK CREATE!

Its like saying i eat because im depressed and im depressed because i eat......
If it bothers you dont go on go talk to someone in person text them call them try making real connections with people.

Some times because i spend lots of time in that and i feel my mind depressed to face it.
