I see alot of average people having like 500-1000 followers and they are just normal, average people.
How do you get followers?

If you can manage to follow a large group of users, then depending on your twitter profile, you can either earn a few or a huge number of twitter followers from the same group. There are other techniques, which I do not need feel the need to mention because of its abundance in the form of online articles, tutorials, third party online services (for a charge), or, you can even purchase one of the accounts, that has say about 1000 followers.
So, its easy if you just target only for the quantity. However, there are some users who would rather go for quality and have like 100 active and like-minded twitter followers than a 1000 inactive twitter followers.
