So when I search for my friend Kay Thomas the next one below her is someone I'm not friends with Abbie Kate Smith. Abbie and I only have 15 mutual friends. Then people I am actual friends with whos first name begins with K appear below Abbie. I only type in K. I have looked at her profile about 4 times at a guess. Could she be looking at my profile? Or this just Facebook being random?

No, it's nothing to do with looking at profiles, it's just a random thing done by Facebook.
