If you have them downloaded, no. If theyre on dailymotion,facebook youtube etc, then you cannot watch them without a internet connection

I have to ask, seriously. Well if you've already downloaded them not, however if you've donwloaded them in a certain application this may or may not require an internet connection depending on the application. If you're watching them in your browser and they're not loaded (safed) on your RAM (YT displays this by a grey bar) you need an internet connection.
