Help my Galaxy s2 will not connect to play store and facebook? - Ea - 10-15-2012 08:40 PM
This morning I was in my doctors office and their is a Mediacom© right next to it with free wifi. So I signed in using my email for a guest account. So after I left my doctors I came home and connected to my wifi. And I went on play store©and it says no connection so I try it again (keep on mind that I had wifi the whole time.) So then I gave up and tried going to facebook so it said the same thing as the market. Please help me what should I do I really want to not restore my phone. HELP ME!!!!

Try your wifi on other devises if you have them. You could Possably need to resart your router, there is a small button in the back of your router with a reset label. Press and hold that for 30 seconds and let it reboot for a couple minutes then see if you can. Also try your phone on 3G

Try turning off wifi and reconnect with your wifi at home.
