I am in INTERN in a telecommunications industry. I need help as to how to develop a handbook for the mass market segment.
It is a yet defined segment in this industry. The economy is developing and has a lot of potential for growth.
Other market segmentations in this industry include
High networth individual
Youth
Enterprise.
Help! Anyone?

If you're an intern get some guidance from your manager. They should be responsible for providing a template. If they don't have one how are they going to evaluate what you provide?
Ask more questions of your manager and team as that way you will be well briefed, and able to do the tasks they set.
